Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Inferex Labs FZE ("Inferex", "we", "us") operates the Inferex platform at inferexlabs.ai. Registered address: Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. For any privacy question or request, write to info@inferexlabs.ai.

2. Who this policy covers

This policy covers two groups of people:

• Clients: businesses that use Inferex, and the staff who log in on their behalf.
• Leads: people our clients contact through Inferex, by phone or WhatsApp.

For lead data, we act as a service provider to the client. The client decides why and how leads are contacted, and is responsible for having the right to contact them. We do not send unsolicited messages. A lead is contacted only after they have shown interest in the client and given the client their phone number.

3. Data we collect

From clients: name, work email, login details, workspace settings, billing records and wallet transactions, connected service details such as WhatsApp Business Account and phone number identifiers, and usage logs.

About leads, on behalf of clients: name, phone number, the product or program the lead is interested in, call recordings, call transcripts, AI-generated call summaries, WhatsApp messages sent and received, and message delivery status.

Automatically: technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and to run the service.

4. How we use data

• To run the service: place and record calls, send and receive WhatsApp messages, and show conversations in the client's inbox.
• To produce AI-generated call summaries and, where the client turns it on, short automated replies to routine questions on WhatsApp. A person at the client can take over any conversation at any time.
• To bill clients for usage.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
• To provide support and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

5. WhatsApp

Messages are sent and received through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Each client uses its own WhatsApp Business Account and phone number. Business-initiated messages use message templates approved by Meta. Meta processes messages under its own terms and privacy policy. Meta may see message content as part of transmitting it; we do not control Meta's processing.

6. Who we share data with

• Service providers that help us run the platform: hosting and database providers, telephony and voice-AI providers, AI model providers that generate summaries and replies, and Meta for WhatsApp messaging. They process data only to provide their service to us.
• The client: lead data is shown to the client whose lead it is, and only to that client.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.
• A buyer or successor, if Inferex is sold or merged, under the same protections.

7. How long we keep data

• Call recordings, transcripts, summaries, and WhatsApp messages: 12 months from creation. After that they are deleted or made anonymous, unless a client asks for earlier deletion or the law requires us to keep them longer.
• Client account and billing records: for as long as the account is active, and afterwards as long as the law requires for financial records.
• Technical logs: up to 12 months.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access is limited to staff and systems that need it. Each client's data is kept separate from other clients' data. No system is fully secure, and we will inform affected clients if a breach affects their data.

9. Where data is processed

Our service providers may store and process data outside the country where you live, including in the United States and the European Union. We use providers with appropriate safeguards.

10. Your rights and data deletion

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or to stop processing it. Write to info@inferexlabs.ai. We answer within 30 days. If you are a lead, you can also contact the client that contacted you, and we act on the client's instruction.

To have your data deleted, send an email to info@inferexlabs.ai with the phone number or email address concerned. We delete the data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

To stop receiving WhatsApp messages from a client, reply STOP to that client or block the number in WhatsApp.

11. Children

Inferex is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes are announced to clients by email or in the platform.
